GAME INSTRUCTIONS «I was born in Greece»
The game was created in the context of the cultural fairy tale “I was born in Greece” by Panagiotis Toumpos and can be used either with the bee-bot robot if you decide to print it on canvas (size 120*135 cm) or as a board with simple pawns if you choose to print it on plain A4 paper. In any case, you will need a die. If you use the bee-bot, this game can be used by 2 children or 2 groups of children. Teams sit across from each other and place their pawns or bee-bots in the START squares. They roll the dice alternately, and each team follows its route. The team that first reaches the center where the story’s cover is shown wins. If you are using the bee-bot, read the instructions before you start and let the children familiarize themselves with its operation.
BEE-BOT ROBOT INSTRUCTIONS
Bee-bot is a robot widely used to teach programming to preschool and elementary school students. It is easy to use, and in the case of our game, it can be used by older children in the last grades of elementary school, like a pawn, who program it according to the steps they want to take by pressing the butons on its spine.
